SUP Fitness

Speaking from experience, once you’ve tried Stand Up Paddling you’ll want to keep doing in. Our 3 part SUP fitness series will help you gain experience in different water conditions, improve your balance, build your endurance, all while toning your legs, arms, abs. We will start with our Intro to SUP course to cover all the basics. Part two is a river cruise of your choice and part 3 - you choose a second river cruise or a more challenging coastal adventure.

When: Intro SUP - every Saturday on the high tide, River and Coastal Cruises- Wednesdays and Sundays on the high tide - please call for information. (Note: classes can be scheduled as your time allows)
